PLEASE HELP

I recently joined the site and cannot find how/where I can edit my photos to make them smaller for publishing here.

I have loads of really great pics I want to share but every single one comes back as too big and I don't know how to get them onto the site.

Can somebody help and give me the answer.

I can only assume or guess that nobody has an answer to my question about assistance on uploading pictures.

Perhaps nobody wants to help unless they can make money doing it. Perhaps nobody wants to assist until I register for a programme.

I see there has been people visit my question but no answers. What am I doing wrong?
